Customer Service
Septimatech is committed to providing accessible customer service to persons with disabilities. We have established an Accessible Customer Service Policy and a feedback process that allows customers to provide comments on the accessibility of our goods and services.
Policies and related documents are available upon request and will be provided in a format that takes the individual’s disability into account.

Documentation
Where required, Septimatech may request reasonable medical or professional documentation to support an accommodation request, in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and AODA requirements. Requests will be limited to information necessary to support the accommodation need.
Training
Septimatech provides training to employees, contractors, and others as required by the AODA and IASR. Training includes:
- The requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and IASR
- The Ontario Human Rights Code as it relates to persons with disabilities
- Accessible customer service and workplace accommodation
Training is provided as part of onboarding and is updated as required. Records of completed training are maintained.
Information and Communications
Septimatech is committed to providing information and communications in accessible formats upon request, including but not limited to large print, electronic formats, audio, or other communication supports, as appropriate.
Website Accessibility
Our public‑facing website content conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, as required under the IASR for organizations with 50 or more employees.
Employment
Septimatech is committed to fair and accessible employment practices.
