Programmable Infeed Control System (PICS)

PICS 2003 Programmable Infeed Control SystemAre you experiencing problems trying to feed difficult square, rectangular or light weight plastic containers into your rotary packaging machinery?

We have the solution. The Programmable Infeed Control System utilizes dual split servo driven feedscrews to maintain prime in the feedscrews at all times. The discharge section of the feedscrews continuously rotates with the machine, while the infeed section will stop and start in time with the discharge section based upon available backlog.

The unit can also be programmed to skip a particular station on any make of rotary packaging machinery at speeds up to 400 CPM. Ideal for light weight plastic containers.
